2010 Health Care Reform Act
The impact on your business - the good, the bad and the ugly
Angela Potts, owner of Summit Insurance Resource Group, will help raise awareness of important aspects of Health Care Reform. She will address some of the common misconceptions and help prepare small and large businesses and public entities for the impact of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Coverage and insurer decisions will affect your budgets and level of care now and in the future. She will provide:
- Time line of changes for 2010 and 2011 and their potential financial impact
- Overview of changes coming in 2013 and 2014
- Implications of grandfathered status and grace period
- Overview of tax credits available
This Power Luncheon will be held at the Community Room, located at 414 Church Street, and begins at 11:30 am with networking. The cost is $15 for Chamber members and $30 for non-members and those without a reservation and includes a lunch catered by Tango Cafe.
