It’s a new economy. Markets have diminished and we may not see the likes of the pre-recession market activities for a long time. Competition will increase in intensity. Customer expectation and behavior have changed dramatically. In this economy, the key to building a business that is both profitable and sustainable is delivering more than what customers expect.
Here are some of the questions that will be answered in the workshop: Just what is the big deal about customer service? I am already too busy, why should I care about it? How can customer service improve profit? Can I put a dollar value to it? What is customer service all about? Can it really transform my business' profitability and sustainability?
About the Instructor:
William Jhung leads Idaho Small Business Development Center at the North Idaho College as the Director. Bill and his team facilitates leadership development by providing leadership, business training, and personalized coaching for business owners.
Prior to joining NIC, Bill served as the Executive Pastor of at a large church in Spokane, Washington. He has performed strategic planning and organizational alignment for World Vision, an international relief and development agency.
As an entrepreneur he started two ventures and turned around two failing Businesses. He also worked as a management consultant to Fortune 1000 companies in manufacturing, service as well as non-profit industries.
He began his career designing, building and running manufacturing plants. He holds an MBA with a focus in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.
