Register for the last TGIF workshop of 2010! Have lunch and learn how to get customers and clients to refer your business to others.
 
Referral marketing is the most effective form of marketing for businesses with limited marketing budgets. Referral Success 101 workshop will give you specific referral marketing strategies, tools, and techniques that will increase your sales without spending additional marketing dollars. You will learn how to develop a strategic referral network, who should be in it, how to find them, and how to motivate those people to refer business to you. This class will open your eyes to the possibilities of generating more sales in less time by doing business by relationship.
 
About the Instructor:
 
Barbara Olson, Owner of the Referral Institute
After graduating from Central Michigan University with a B.S. in Business and Administration, Barbara was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant with the U.S. Army where she held command positions and earned her MBA from Golden Gate University. During her 13 years she attained the rank of Major while gaining valuable experience in project management and new equipment fielding.
 
As the Executive Director/Owner of BNI-Eastern Washington/Northern Idaho and Owner/Lead trainer for Referral Institute Spokane, Barbara is honored to consult, coach and train business entrepreneurs in the art of building long-term relationships that result in business growth.
 
Barbara has an extensive background in training and leadership and is considered to be a local expert in the area of networking and referral marketing.

The TGIF Workshop series presented by Bonner Business Center provides business owners and professionals affordable, 90 minute workshops.  The series is hosted by the Business Development Committee and sponsored by Horizon Credit Union, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and Aaging Better In-Home Care.

Third in downtown Sandpoint.  The cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members.  Advanced reservations and pre-payment required.  Refunds not available without a 48-hour notice due to catering and limited seating.
