About the Instructor
Bill ia an accomplished business development professional with 30 years experience in various communication driven markets.  Bill’s unique blend of tactical skills and strategic vision have developed and launched products and services generating millions in revenue. 
 
Since 2001, Bill’s disciplined approach to business and revenue improvement strategies for growth has produced innovative programs to validate revenue strategies that combine strategy with market validation that drive funding and revenue momentum.  Today Bill focuses Entrepreneurs to the importance of market entry strategies and a market plan validated with the acquisition of EArly Adopters before initiating general selling activities.  CSG’s Soft Launch program was created to meet this challenge within the severe budget and time constraints often found with start-up companies. 
 
Bill graduated from San Jose State and attended Graduate Program classes for MBA work in Telecommunications Management. Bill regularly conducts workshops and seminars on a variety of topics associated with "Building and Accelerating Revenue Growth Processes."

Bill and Client Success Group are members of the Irish Technology Leadership Forum, a member of SVASE and a contributing member to several Bay Area and National work groups and forums dedicated to revenue and business performance improvement.

The TGIF Workshop series presented by Bonner Business Center provides business owners and professionals affordable, 90 minute workshops.  The series is hosted by the Business Development Committee and sponsored by Horizon Credit Union, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and Aaging Better In-Home Care.
