Chamber's Women In Business Luncheon, "Leadership: It Starts With Me"

The Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce invites area residents and businesses to the July Women in Business Luncheon Tuesday, July 3. Arrive at 11:30 am for the opportunity to network with other business people in the community. The meeting starts promptly at noon and ends at 1:00pm. Women in Business meet in the Community Room of the Panhandle State Bank building, 414 Church Street.
Join us as we explore the topic, "Leadership: It Starts With Me". Using excerpts from the DVD "Leadership Fish!" We'll hear tips and learn lessons from business owners and managers about the importance of partnering with your employees and co-workers. The presentation will help you form a road map for change in your own organization or company and you'll learn that that change often begins with you. The mini seminar will feature employees at the Pike Place Fish Market in Seattle who will talk about how they have fun at work and create an atmosphere of respect for other team members and' enhance their relationship with the company's owner. Don't miss these real life lessons, as we're sure there will be tidbits you'll want to try in your own business right away!
And don't forget to save the date of November 8th for the annual Women in Business conference…more details to come. Booths and sponsorships are available now.

You must RSVP to this event and you can do so by calling the Chamber at 263-2161 or visit www.sandpointchamber.com. Lunch is $14 for chamber members and $17 for non-members. Bring your business cards and an extra dollar or two for the raffle. Those wishing to provide a raffle item are asked to bring it to the luncheon.
