As a 4th generation local, born and raised in the greater Sandpoint, Idaho area, I enjoy raising my two boys (Issac & Evan) with my amazing wife Danielle and helping my clients with buying, selling & investing in Real Estate. North Idaho has so much to offer and is a great place to raise a family, spend your vacations or enjoy your retirement. After 40+ years of living in North Idaho, I still feel lucky to call this amazing place HOME!
Since 2009 I have owned a local property management company that provided management and marketing for Vacation Rental and Long-Term Rental Investment Properties and Homeowners Associations.
I have since sold these businesses to serve my real estate clients better.
