It examines some of the key challenges that face women when planning for their future and gives clarity of how key financial decisions greatly impact long term goals\, a key factor for success in any profession. She is currently an owner at Business Medics and The Office Sandpoint. She is a published author and a frequent speaker at women's and other events. She is a trained paralegal as well as a mediator. Anita has a passion for mediation and conflict coaching and has given numerous presentations about conflict resolution and also works as a mediator in Sandpoint.\n\n	Ruth Wimberly is the owner of Wimberly Human Resources Consulting.  During her many years in Human Resources she has dealt with a wide variety of workplace conflicts.  Ruth is a Human Resources Generalist with strong knowledge in Recruitment\, Employee Relations\, Leadership and Employee Development\, and Training\, She has provided Human Resources services to manufacturing\, retail\, financial\, educational organizations and public agencies.
