About Us
Bonner General Health is a fully-accredited, not-for-profit hospital licensed for 25 beds, as well as a network of clinics and services. We serve a population of over 57,000 people in an area that extends to the borders of Canada, Washington and Montana. Consistent with our commitment to excellence, we are continuously upgrading technologies, exploring new services and seeking employees who demonstrate the very best in patient care.
Our services include:
24-hour Emergency Department; Anticoagulation Clinic; cardiopulmonary services; diagnostic imaging; family-centered maternity unit; general and orthopedic surgery; home health and hospice services; Intensive and Cardiac Care Unit; occupational medicine; on-site laboratory; comprehensive rehabilitation services through our Performance Therapy Services clinics; Sandpoint Women's Health; Women's Imaging Center offering the latest in breast cancer screening 3-D Tomosynthesis Mammography; and our Wound Care Center.
Of course, Bonner General Health is still a hospital providing essential urgent, acute and critical care; we also provide comprehensive outpatient and preventative healthcare services.
We also offer numerous community wellness and support programs, including an adult exercise program; CPR and first aid classes; diabetes education; grief counseling; and various support groups.
