Administrative Assistant – Part-Time with Growth Potential!

  • Starting Pay: $15-$18/hr DOE
  • Wage Reviews: After 100 hours and 500 hours worked (based on performance, efficiency & leadership)
  • Hours: 20-30 per week (some weekends required)
  • Work Hours: Scheduled shifts between 8 AM – 7 PM
  • Possibility to grow into a full-time role!

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and administrative skills? We’re looking for a proactive and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our property management team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent phone etiquette, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Phone & Customer Service: Answering calls, emails and chats professionally, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional service
  • Project Coordination: Assisting with property-related tasks and ensuring efficient workflow
  • Proofreading & Documentation: Reviewing documents for accuracy and clarity
  • Communication & Scheduling: Managing emails, calendars, and appointments
  • Bookkeeping & QuickBooks (Preferred): Assisting with reconciliations and financial tasks
  • Personal Assistant Duties: Supporting executives with administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong phone etiquette & experience with phone systems
  • Excellent proofreading & attention to detail
  • Project coordination experience
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets & Excel
  • QuickBooks experience & bookkeeping skills (preferred)
  • Strong written & verbal English communication
  • Ability to multitask & stay organized in a dynamic work environment

Availability for scheduled shifts, including some weekends
