Job Description:
The general assistant provides comprehensive support across various functions and tasks. The specific responsibilities can vary widely depending on the day and workload but their responsibilities typically include the following:

Administrative Support: Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence (emails, phone calls), and maintaining files and records.

Office Support: Ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.

Logistics Coordination: Helping to coordinate logistics for projects, events, or daily operations, including scheduling property showings, arranging deliveries, event planning, and coordinating logistics for meetings or travel arrangements.

Customer Service: Interacting with customers, clients, or internal stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

Research and Reporting: Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports or presentations as needed.

Data Entry and Management: Inputting data into systems, updating records, and maintaining databases accurately and efficiently.
