Innovate Your Path is a career exploration and resource event for anyone who wants to explore careers, find work, change careers, build new skills, or connect with local employers and training opportunities. NIC Workforce Training will be there with hands-on activities, demonstrations, and information about short-term training in areas such as Health Careers, Trades & Industry, and Workforce Development. Visitors can explore career options, learn what skills and training employers are looking for, and connect directly with Workforce Training staff about programs that can help them gain real-world skills and prepare for new opportunities. The event will also include local employers and community resources, resume help, mock interviews, job-search support, professional headshots, and more. Come for the whole event or stop in for the resources, activities, and training information that interest you most.
