The seminar is designed to help professional women priortize their goals, plan ahead, and how to apply the right investment strategies and solutions for making them a reality. It examines some of the key challenges that face women when planning for their future and gives clarity of how key financial decisions greatly impact long term goals, a key factor for success in any profession. This is a very interative presentation and crowd participation is strongly encouraged.
Speaker Bio:
Ken Wood is a fully-licensed financial advisor with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney with over 4 years of experience in the industry. One of his main strengths is the inherited gift of simplifying complex financial investments and ideas. His approach to planning is unique to most financial advisors out there, as he tends to focus more on personal goals and how long-term financial planning is the key to achieving them. Ken takes the approach that "Money is nothing more than a tool. It will take you wherever you wish, but it will not replace you as the driver."

This presentation will help you, define, understand and recognize conflict when it happens. You'll have some tools to "head it off at the pass" where possible and, when conflict can’t be avoided, you'll have tips and tricks to handle it and turn it into a positive
Speakers Bio:
Anita Aurit describes herself as a "serial entrepreneur". She is currently an owner at Business Medics and The Office Sandpoint. She is a published author and a frequent speaker at women's and other events. She is a trained paralegal as well as a mediator. Anita has a passion for mediation and conflict coaching and has given numerous presentations about conflict resolution and also works as a mediator in Sandpoint.
Ruth Wimberly is the owner of Wimberly Human Resources Consulting. During her many years in Human Resources she has dealt with a wide variety of workplace conflicts. Ruth is a Human Resources Generalist with strong knowledge in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Leadership and Employee Development, and Training, She has provided Human Resources services to manufacturing, retail, financial, educational organizations and public agencies. Ruth holds a life time certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and earned a M.S. in Human Resources.
